    2. there is a 3 hour difference between Los Angeles, and Washington D.C.

    1. Scientist created 24 time zones, because the Earth rotates 360 degrees everyday. So they made each time zone 15 degrees apart.

    2. There is a 3 hour time difference, Washington D.C. is ahead.

    4. There is no difference because they are in the same time zone.
