ReplyDeletePresident Roosevelt tried to focus the public's attention on the trends of events that were happening in Europe and Asia. He was also aware of the menace to world peace. As Hoover was not. In his presidentey he went though a Great Depression. Hoover didn't notice the troubles in the world peace as Roosevelt did. Because Roosevelt didn't go through a Depression.

In 1932, Roosevelt received the Democratic nomination for president and immediately launched a campaign that brought new spirit to a weary and discouraged nation. He defeated Hoover by a wide margin. Coolidge was about 5 or 6 different positions in the political field and he was very successful.
