The two presidents I did were Hoover and Coolidge. What I found out was that they both graduated from college. Hoover was the first president to be born west of the Mississippi. Coolidge went into the Republican party. Hoover went into the Democratic party. Hoover died in 1964. Coolidge died in 1933.

    -Hoover and Truman.
-Truman:threatened Japan with atomic bombs and started the Cold War and didn't have a college education.
-Hoover was more peaceful but was sort of intermediate between communism and socialism and had a college education.

The two presidents I did were Hoover and Harding. Hoover had a lot more to do with the war and he was also born in Iowa. Harding was not as invovled in the war as Hoover was. Hoover served for a little bit. Other than that I didn't really understand the articles to much.

  8. 1. The two presidents I chose were Hoover and F.D. Roosevelt.
President Roosevelt tried to focus the public's attention on the trends of events that were happening in Europe and Asia. He was also aware of the menace to world peace. As Hoover was not. In his presidentey he went though a Great Depression. Hoover didn't notice the troubles in the world peace as Roosevelt did. Because Roosevelt didn't go through a Depression.

In Aug. 1921, Roosevelt was stricken with infantile paralysis while on vacation at Campobello, New Brunswick. After a long and gallant fight, he
In 1932, Roosevelt received the Democratic nomination for president and immediately launched a campaign that brought new spirit to a weary and discouraged nation. He defeated Hoover by a wide margin. His first term was characterized by an unfolding of the New Deal program, with greater benefits for labor, the farmers, and the unemployed, and the progressive estrangement of most of the business community.
